摘要:This study aims to: 1) analyze the influence of leadership style and motivation on job satisfaction 2) analyze the influence of leadership style and motivation on employee performance, 3) analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, 4) analyze the effect of leadership style and motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction. The research was conducted at PT Energy Star Geothermal Indonesia with a sample of 72 employees. The sampling technique used a simple random sampling technique. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results showed that: 1) there is an influence of leadership style and motivation on job satisfaction 2) there is an influence of leadership style and motivation on employee performance, 3) there is an effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, 4) job satisfaction does not contribute to improving leadership style and motivation for employee performance at PT Energy Star Geothermal Indonesia.
