摘要：The whole world is struggling and facing many problem in this pandemic situation. Even education system is being affected due to covid-19. The whole teaching learning process had got affected in this unwanted situation ICT played a very vital role and became a hope in this darkness. ICT as a tool not only should solve the problem being faced by the teachers and students during this pandemic situation but has also made teaching learning more interesting and modified during covid-19 when face to face learning was not possible. Researches of Tata workers union East singhbhum try to identify the role of ICT in the teaching learning process during covid-19 pandemic. As after sudden lockdown students in the whole education system were the most sufferer in one especially those of slum area of cities and government schools as their parents economical status is not that upto the mark. Key words - covid-19, ICT, internet.
