摘要：Based on the idea of application of principal component analysis (PCA), the factors affecting the value of houses in a certain geographic area are always concerned by real estate investors, thereby helping them make decisions to invest or not to invest in the field. In this paper, the authors analyze and explore the factors affecting housing value in Boston suburbs in the United States with the help of principal component analysis (PCA).
