摘要:Traditional online evaluation methods for the state of the opening and closing coil operating mechanism of the circuit breaker can only analyse the opening and closing time, but lack the analysis of stroke force. In this paper, a three-dimensional finite element simulation model is established of the circuit breaker opening and closing coil of a certain type, and the coil current in the working process after the coil is energized is simulated and calculated, and the opening and closing time and stroke force are obtained. The simulation results are compared with the experimental results to verify the effectiveness of the finite element simulation modelling method presented in this paper. On the basis of simulation, some optimization suggestions are put forward to improve the performance of the opening and closing coil.
