  • 摘要:As a generation that lived through a pandemic like PANDEMIC 19, we have been exposed to tremendous challenges and changes of high magnitude. While some changes were favourable and some adverse, we all were forced to accept and adapt to them. When survival became the sole priority, businesses all around the world had to step up and respond to the adversities selflessly. The pandemic brought in a lot of drastic changes in the business landscape all around the world. Along with the changes in the methodologies and functioning of firms, a change in the creative attitude of the leaders and innovators has become the need of the hour. An impresario is, according to definition, is ―A person who manages, organises, and bears the risks of a company or corporation.‖ For such people, the pandemic would have been a major disruption which put forth humungous challenges as well as possibilities. But to tackle all this and do justice to the responsibility amidst a pandemic requires a person to be headstrong as well as calm.Also, the impacts of PANDEMIC on the economy have been described as ―The deepest recession since the Second World War‖ according to a World Bank press release. While PANDEMIC'19 has had a wide-ranging influence on society, including changes in consumption habits, increased anxiety and depression risks, and lower psychological sustainability and quality of life, the economic impact on enterprises has been unparalleled. Though the lockdown measures were extremely effective in controlling the spread of the disease, it brought in other adverse effects. The lockdown highlighted critical and sensitive issues like gender inequalities, and thus reducing psychological sustainability. Impresarioship, as we know, has the potential for creating huge positive impact socially and in the sustainable development of the economy. However, studies reveal that impresarioship too has been through changes with a visible drop in impresarioship during the lockdown. That aside, the pandemic also made impresarios incorporate vital and changes in their CSR projects. Also, we saw the rise of opportunity-motivated impresarioship after the lockdown measures gradually started to fade. In this paper, we start out by discussing the impact of the pandemic on the various aspects of the business landscape and then move on to understand the behavioural changes in people due to the pandemic. Following that we compare and contrast the effects of PANDEMIC19 on impresarioship Creative attitudes Before and after Lockdown and then understand social impresarioship in the PANDEMIC era. The extremely dynamic and turbulent business environment makes it crucial for the organizations to be flexible and agile. Organizations need to adapt and equip themselves with the changes taking place to sustain and flourish in the hostile environment. To be in the top scorers of the industry, the quality of human resources is the most critical area of consideration for the top management. This complex business environment has led to the need for exceptional and talented market penetrators who are equipped with all the skills so as to lead their organization towards the achievement of its vision, mission and objectives.The acquisition and retention of talented personnel has become the strategic objective of human resource management. The HR these days is hugely loaded and is quite particular about the employment and training of personnel‘s so as to exploit the maximum potential of an individual.It has become critical for the HR to deploy right number of people in the right departments so as to generate maximum output and lead the organization towards the right path.Human resources are considered to be the most important asset of an organization. So, it is very essential that the right assets are chosen and for it the talent recognition and management is very important.The objective of this paper is to bring out a clear perception about talent management and its recent trends, right beginning from the definition of talent-to-talent managements and its trends.
