摘要：El conocimiento de la biodiversidad de un área geográfica es crucial para el desarrollo de programas y actividades de conservación de la misma. La obtención de nuevos registros, de cualquier especie, contribuye a enriquecer la información básica en el estudio de la diversidad biológica. En esta nota informamos sobre registros de mielero pata roja (Cyanerpes cyaneus), documentados en las localidades El Mango y Jolotichán, municipio de San Luis Acatlán, Guerrero, ubicadas en las planicies costeras donde no se le había registrado previamente. Los avistamientos los realizamos en diciembre y enero de 2016 al 2018. Por las fechas en que observamos a los especímenes, inferimos que la especie es un visitante de invierno. Estos registros amplían el área de distribución de la especie hacia el sur en 33 km, al interior de las planicies costeras y sugieren que la distribución del taxón es continua en la vertiente del Pacífico, entre Guerrero y Chiapas.
其他摘要：Knowledge of the biodiversity in a geographical area is crucial for the development of conservation programs and activities. Obtaining new records, of any species, expands the basic information available for studies of biological diversity. Here we document Red-legged Honeycreeper records (Cyanerpes cyaneus), in El Mango y Jolotichan localities, municipality of San Luis Acatlan, an area located on the coastal plains, where it had not been previously registered. We observe them in the months of December and January from 2016 to 2018. Considering the months when honeycreepers are observed we infer that the species is a winter visitor. These records extend the area of distribution of the species to the south by 33 km, and to the interior of the coastal plains. It suggests that the distribution of the taxon is continuous on the slope of the Pacific, between Guerrero and Chiapas.
