摘要:Technology has a massive impact on the human resource practices executed by managers at different organizations. The emergence of technological advancements ranging from gadgets, software, and Internet of Things has reshaped the operations of human resource department. At a broader perspective, technology has impacted the manner on which organizations execute their operations globally. The educational sector of Sharqiya Governorate has encountered massive development in communication segment relative to the operation of human resource practices. The assessment of goals and objective of an organization can be forecasted by evaluating various categories of data such as work ratings and job completion of ratings of workers.
