摘要:This articles examines how attitude and social support has a positive effect on employee’s intention to engage in innovative behavior. The association of antecedents of self-enhancement, openness to change, leader support and organizational support were also examined. Accordingly, this study employed a survey questionnaire and thereafter data has been obtained from 201 employees working in Electrical and Electronic of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). This data has been analyzed using SPSS and PLS-SEM . From the findings, the data showed a positive association between attitude and intention on innovative behavior. The results also indicate a positive relationship between social support and intention on innovative behavior. From the finding, the study on innovative behavior provide insights in helping the SMEs to enhance and encourage their employees to become innovative.
