摘要:The aim of the study is to analyze relationship between Performance and Intellectual Capital on Government Sector Organization in Malaysia. The Government sectors have introduced several managerial techniques within their organizations in order to serve better services. These managerial techniques involve measuring an individual’s performance and intellectual capabilities and rewarding them accordingly. With the implementation of new rewarding system, the morale of the employees remains high thus resulting in higher profit turnovers. These management techniques were borrowed from the private sector organizations, which are making a lot more profit than the public sectors. The change in economy of Malaysia due to the implementation of newer management rules has been described in the below subsection.
