摘要:This paper aims to reveal the relationship of the democratic style of faculty deans with the job satisfaction of faculty members in private universities in Jordan. To achieve the goals of the study, the study instrument was developed to measure the job satisfaction of faculty members in those universities, and the questionnaire was distributed to the study sample in a random and systematic manner, which consists of (345) members. The study concluded that there is a positive relationship between the style of democratic leadership and the job satisfaction of the faculty members.
