摘要：Social- emotional issues and gifted and talented students (GTS) are inseparable. Guidance for managing social and emotional issues among GTS is crucial to optimally promote student progress and stimulate excellence in the country. This study aims to reveal the need to improve decision making skills and resilience among GTS which is also a strategic approach to helping these groups managing their social and emotional issues. In the meantime, counselors are the best profesional helper and they have to play an important role in helping the GTS for improving their skills and abilities thus helping them deal with social and emotional issues.
