摘要:With the current global environmental problem, most organizations focus on environmental sustainability in their agenda. However, the strategy couldn’t succeed without the employee’s participation. The purpose of this paper is to explore the concept of employee green behavior and its theoretical implications. This paper is a conceptual paper that presents a new concept for environmentally sustainable organizations as a result of a literature study on management and psychology fields. The paper provides new insights and fruitful understanding and importance for the organization in fostering green behavior among employees at work.
