摘要:The spread of the COVID-19 virus has changed learning processes and can put students under a lot of stress. If students lack of resilience, the stress they are experiencing have an adverse effect on their mental health. The goal of this study was to look at how resilient and stressed school children were during COVID-19 transmission, as well as the variations in resilience and stress between male and female students. A total of 180 adolescents from grades one to five were involved in this study. This research utilizes quantitative approaches, with data obtained by questionnaire distribution. SPSS Version 26 was used to analyse data received from 180 respondents via questionnaires. According to the findings of a Pearson correlation analysis, there is a significant relationship between school students' resilience and stress levels during the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak. Meanwhile, the T -Test revealed that throughout the pandemic, there was a substantial mean difference in stress levels between male and female students aged 13 to 19. Finally, the study's findings have significant implications for parents, schools, and policymakers in terms of empowering adolescents to manage stress. Future study suggestions are also encouraged.
