摘要:This paper reviews the literature consists of nine articles on the issue of knowledge transfer and implementation practices. At first, this paper explores the definition of Knowledge Transfer (KT) and the factors that influence the patterns among individuals and organizations and then, with beans spilling a significant impact towards business performance. Comparisons between different authors with different perspectives enhanced basic pure knowledge transfer, which will be discussed and analyzed critically. In addition, this paper also mentioned the challenges involved in implementing the KT consisting of individual aspects of the organization. Finally, this paper concludes with an overview of the practice of knowledge transfer within the organization.
