摘要:The value of innovation as strategic resources in today’s competitive environment is highly significant. Every organization and individual must have the ability to innovate in order to sustain in the market. This paper aims to explore existing knowledge in on the association between knowledge management, absorptive capacity and innovation capability particularly at an individual level. By examining relevant related literature, this paper presents a proposed theoretical framework that identifies antecedents of innovation capability from internal and external knowledge point of view. This paper calls for further empirical investigation on the proposed framework so that its relevancy can be inquired in different setting and context.
