摘要：It is expected that English literature component is able to assist pupils in having a greater exposure to English language and hence enhance their English proficiency level. This action research was aimed to determine the effectiveness of using the Multimedia Package to improve Year 4 pupil’s comprehension of the Jungle Book graphic novel. The participants of this research comprised of 10 pupils from an urban school in Cheras, Malaysia. The research instruments consisted of tests, semi structured interviews and observations. The data of this study was collected by using Test 1 and Test 2. The results revealed that all the participants achieved significant improvements in Test 2 as compared to Test 1. The findings from the interview and observations also concluded that the participants were engaged during the teaching and learning process which incorporated the use of the Multimedia Package.
