摘要：This paper discusses the benchmarking, flexible and innovation process as continuous improvement business processes that drive organizational performance of logistics service providers in the military system. From dynamic capability theory perspectives, the organizational dynamic capability of each military logistics service providers may impact the military as the end users. With emphasize on the proposed business processes towards logistics performance, knowledge absorptive capacity is an additional factor that moderates the relationship between continuous improvement and logistics performance. This paper would give insights through proposed research framework using dynamic capability theory as theoretical stance as well as providing logistics service providers with business framework that impacted on logistics performance with knowledge absorptive capacity as enhancers to the military logistics operation in the military.
