摘要:regular physical and sport activity, the high physical demands of sport place its practitioners in a more vulnerable situation to suffer an injury. In recent years, numerous strategies have been published that seek to reduce the incidence of injury in young athletes. Therefore, the principal aim of this review is showing, analyzing and comparing the different injuries prevention programs published until nowadays in relation with their objective, population, volume, type of exercises and efficacy. The identification of the published studies about this subject was realized in March 2016 by a systematic search in the electronic databases PubMed, MEDLINE and Web of Science. The exhaustive reading of these articles reported 14 programs. The majority of the programs were multicomponent, had as objective the prevention of knee injuries (n = 10) and were destined for soccer players (78%), and adolescents (71%). Only the half of the programs organized their exercises by levels of progression. The whole duration changed between 10 and 25 min, with 2-3 sessions weekly, and the average number of exercises by program was 14. The FIFA 11+ Kids, FIFA 11+, Knäkontroll and Neuromuscular Training Program could be the best programs to use in the common sport practice.
