摘要:The knowledge of Motor Physical Activity Time of the students in the Physical Education classes is important for the teachers at the time of proposing their classes. We have investigated the Motor Physical Activity Time in motor games with and without material, comparing by gender. Objectives: Determine if there are significant differences in Motor Physical Activity of the students depending on whether or not in the motor game is used material; and determine if there are significant differences in Motor Physical Activity of the students according to whether they are boys or girls. Methods: It is an observational, prospective and cross-sectional study. The time categories of Information Time (TI), Organization Time (TO), Motor Physical Activity Time (MT), Motor Physical Activity Time Within Objective (TMO) and Motor Inactivity Time (TIM) were measured in 150 students of the Degree of Science of Physical Activity and Sport through systematic observation of 30 motor games (15 games with material and 15 games without material) recorded and posted on Youtube. Through the program of statistical analysis IBM SPSS Statistics 23 we tried to analyze the existence or not of significant differences in the TM between the games without material in comparison to the games with material, comparing by gender. Results: Significant differences (P = 0.030) were observed in the TM category between the games without material in comparison to the games with material. The students performed, in general, more physical activity when the games had material. On the other hand, no significant differences were observed between boys and girls for the TM category (P> 0.05).Conclusions: Students were more physically active when the motor games had some type of material. On the other hand, there are no differences by gender, the boys physical activity’s levels are similar in comparison to the girls.
