摘要:Psychomotricity is one of the basic stones at the time of making explicit health considerations within the educational context. Its educational practice, based on the spontaneous movement of children in early childhood education, encourages the development of basic motor skills and the formation of healthy lifestyle. In this study is identified the content that teachers psychomotor Tarragona and Girona prioritize in their programs. As well analyze how they relate with hygiene, health and postural habits.
