摘要:The aim of this paper is to analyze the role of women in sport science thesis, making a comparative study of gender from the perspectives of: a) author, b) director, c) members of the board, and d) Board presidency. 333 Doctoral Thesis were analyzed. The variables analyzed were: a) author, b) director, c) members of the board, and d) Board presidency. The results show that: a) 31.8% of the thesis is done by women, b) 68.2% of the men are led only by the 4.2% only by women, 4.8% its directors are mostly men, in the 1.5% its directors are mostly women and 21.3% in the director is shared equally, c) in 36.7% of doctoral theses, the boards are composed only by men, at 0.9% only by women, 54.5% mostly by men, and 7.2% mostly by women.
