摘要：鹅不食草[Centipeda minima (L.) A.Braun.et Aschers]是中国民间传统中草药，其资源丰富，应用范围广，常用来治疗过敏性鼻炎、鼻窦炎、咳嗽、哮喘等。鹅不食草含有挥发油、萜类、黄酮类、甾体、有机酸、多酚等多种化学成分，具有抗炎、抗过敏、抗肿瘤、抗血管生成、抗诱变、抗增殖、抑菌、平喘、护肝、神经保护等药理作用。本文系统综述了近十几年来鹅不食草中发现的化学成分及其药理活性的最新研究进展。
其他摘要：Centipeda minima (L.) is a traditional Chinese herbal medicine with rich resources and wide application, commonly used to treat allergic rhinitis, sinusitis, cough, asthma, etc. Centipeda minima mainly contains volatile oil, terpenes, flavonoids, steroids, organic acids, polyphenols and other chemical components, having had pharmacological effects, such as anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, antitumor, anti-angiogenesis, anti-mutagenesis, anti-proliferation, antibacteria, to smooth wheezing, to protect liver, neural protection, etc. In this paper, the latest advances in chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Centipeda minima in the past ten years were reviewed systematically.
