其他摘要：In order to ensure the quality and safety, the compound Chinese medicine raw material has complex composition, low content and many impurities. How to improve product quality and drug safety is the focus and technical bottleneck of traditional Chinese medicine liquid preparation production process. Based on the technology of chromatographic analysis and preparation chromatography, the purification chromatography system (Chromatography system) equipment of pharmaceutical industry came into being. Therefore, this paper discusses the related techniques of purification chromatography system and its application in the production of traditional Chinese medicine liquid preparations.
