摘要：Communities of practice have been applied in coach development programs around the world. The purpose of the current study was to explore the concept of community of practice, the theoretical background, the literature on community of practice for sport coaches, and the value creation process in community of practice. The findings of this study should offer some insight into how we can implement community of practice for coach learning and development.
