摘要:This study aims to present the development and evaluation of a group intervention in the area of career planning aimed at university students, based on the Hope-Action Theory model. A total of 35 students (22 in the intervention group and 13 in the comparison group) participated, aged between 19 and 48 years (M = 23.46; SD = 5.38), both sexes. The experimental group presented more robust changes in terms of effect size in the variables that evaluated a positive orientation to the future (hope and optimism) and aspects related to career adaptability. We discussed the importance of interventions aimed at undergraduate students and their challenges, considering the interface with mental health, besides the importance of interventions based on consistent theoretical models and with instruments that are able to evaluate them.
