摘要：The purpose of this article is to review Russian and Chinese waste legislation. Although there are political and institutional differences between the two countries, they converge with each other in terms of internationalization, regionalization trends, geographic relations, customs and habits. In addition, international cooperation has been established between China and Russia in the field of solid waste disposal; therefore it is very important to study the rules at the international level regarding the import and export of solid waste, as well as the disposal of waste hazardous to human health and the environment.
