摘要：Entrepreneurship is one of the main factors of economic growth, which ensures sustainable development of countries. Educational institutions and corporate universities develop programmes to develop entrepreneurial competencies of students and employees. Companies are introducing new functional divisions whose activities are related to revealing internal entrepreneurial competencies. This paper provides a systematic review of research in order to analyse the factors affecting the development of student and employee entrepreneurial competencies. Analysis of global, national, intra-organizational and personal factors in the development of entrepreneurial competencies makes it possible to form the most flexible and risk-resistant system of teaching entrepreneurship in universities and organizations.
