摘要:Using both, exact and numerical methods in the teaching of physics, complementing each other as a whole, make the teaching-learning process more effective. This work exemplifies a problem of the application of numerical methods using Excel in mechanical problems. The objective of the research was to implement numerical methods and Microsoft Excel to strengthen the teaching of physics in agronomic engineering students. In the research process, methods of the theoretical, empirical and mathematical-statistical level were applied. After the introduction of numerical methods, an improvement in the learning of physics is observed, as well as a greater motivation for the study of it.
