摘要:This research aims to develop methodological procedures for the use of the problem exposure method. The theoretical elements necessary for the preparation of the teachers of the Bachelor's degree in Computer Education are shown during the preparation of the subjects. With the application of empirical and theoretical methods, it has enabled us to identify the dispersion of criteria referred to the problem exposition method in the different types of classes. Based on the learning needs, methodological procedures have been created for the use of the problem exposition method in the teaching-learning of Computer Science from the application of different formats in word processors. In addition, problem situations that allow them to solve professional problems in different contexts of action and the application of technology to teach and learn from the reflections established between teacher and student are considered.
