摘要：The provisions of Article 148 establish the internal legal framework, at the level of basic law, in order for Romania to acquire the status of Member State with full rights and obligations, of the European Union. Regarding the interpretation and enforcement of the constitutional text, the case law of the Constitutional Court of Romania has evolved, leading to the following conclusion: the Constitution is the only direct reference in constitutional control.
