摘要：To improve the governance effect of public communities and protect community security, combined with the basic principles and network structure of CNN network in deep learning, a community security risk prediction model based on improved single-channel CNN network and decision tree is constructed. The experimental results show that expanding the single channel to the multichannel network greatly extends the receptive field of CNN network. Simultaneously, the accuracy of the prediction model is improved, which is as high as 87.7%. After inputting the output values of every single model into the comprehensive model, the prediction accuracy of the comprehensive model is improved by 4.8%. The feasibility and effectiveness of this method are further demonstrated.
