摘要：Kevin De Silva is a third year student at the University of Toronto. He is completing his undergraduate degree in Political Science and Caribbean Studies, winning in 2010 the United Network of Indo-Caribbean Toronto Youths (U.N.I.T.Y.) Scholarship. He is a member of the Caribbean Studies Students’ Union, and is chief editor of Caribbean Quilt. He has also contributed to the Stabroek News in Guyana on issues concerning environmental politics and diaspora.
