摘要：This study aims to determine and analyze the formulation of administrative criminal sanctions in the environmental sector in Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation and its formulation in the future. The research method used is normative legal research with a statutory approach, conceptual approach, historical approach and comparative approach.Based on the results of the study, it is shown that the regulation of the environmental sector in the work copyright law causes the decriminalization of the provisions on environmental permits and the criminalization of environmental approval acts with the formulation of criminal acts that depend on other laws and regulations. In the future formulation, it is necessary to limit actions that can be categorized as criminal acts in the environmental field by referring to the purpose of punishment based on Pancasila values and oriented to environmental conservation.
