摘要：Indonesia has the Insurance and Social Security (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) to protect workers. This article discusses the legal vacuum of the legal status of the public legal entity of the Insurance and Social Security. The aim is to formulate future arrangements that provide legal protection and certainty for employees of the Insurance and Social Security public legal entity. This research is normative legal research with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The result of this research is that it is necessary to strengthen the supervision of the supervisory board internally and externally. In addition, it is necessary to prepare special regulations regarding the regulation of public legal entities, especially Insurance and Social Security.
