摘要：The objective was to show the relationship between the determinants and conditions of health and the diseases faced by the population. This is a systematic literature review, with a descriptive and qualitative approach, carried out through a search in the Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences databases and in the Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online through the Virtual Library in Health and Scientific Electronic Library Online, using the Health Sciences Descriptors: “Health Determinants, Health Impact Assessment”. Among the inclusion criteria: original documents, freely available and complete, published in English, Portuguese and Spanish, from 2016 to 2021 and that addressed the central theme of the study. inconclusive researches, other reviews, theses, monographs, course completion papers, duplicity and text with no real relevance. A total of 103 documents were obtained, with the application of filters and inclusion criteria, 50 documents remained, after applying the exclusion criteria, reading and selection of studies, resulting in the number of 11 studies, of which 09 were in the MEDLINE database, 1 in LILACS and 1 in SCIELO. Regarding language, 8 were in English, 1 in Spanish and 2 in Portuguese. It is noted the relevance that the determinants and conditions have on health and the development of pathologies, especially among the studies analyzed, the level of education.
