摘要:The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficiency of the inoculant containing Bacillus megaterium (B119) and B. subitilis (B2084), in the corn crop, via seed treatment, associated with phosphate fertilization. The study was conducted from February to August 2018 in the municipalities of Toledo, Palotina, So Miguel do Iguau and Santa Tereza do Oeste, in Paraná. Piooner 30F53 YH corn was used in a randomized complete block design, with seven treatments and four replications. T1- control; T2- 50% phosphate fertilization; T3- 100% phosphate fertilization; T4- 50% phosphate fertilization and inoculation (50 mL per 60,000 seeds); T5- 50% phosphate fertilization and inoculation (100 mL per 60,000 seeds); T6- 50% phosphate fertilization and inoculation (150 mL per 60,000 seeds); and T7- 50% phosphate fertilization and inoculation (200 mL per 60,000 seeds). In V10, plant height, stem diameter, leaf dry mass, stem+sheath and total were evaluated. In the female inflorescence emission, the contents of N, P and K in the leaves were determined. At harvest, length and diameter, number of grain rows and number of grains per row in the ear, mass of a thousand grains, yield and N, P and K contents in the grains were measured. The liquid inoculant containing B. megaterium (B119) and B. subitilis (B2084), at a dose of 100 mL per 60,000 seeds, with half the phosphorus dose resulted in a statistically higher productivity than the control and treatment with half the phosphorus dose, without inoculation and similar to the treatment with the dose of phosphorus recommended for the culture.
