  • 摘要:The aim of the study was to characterize productive dynamics and specialization of citrus in the 22 micro regions of Pará in the period from 2008 to 2018, using geotechnologies and techniques of regional analysis as analysis tools. To perform the analysis, was used the agricultural production database provided by IBGE Automatic Recovery (SIDRA) platform, with aid of Microsoft Excel software, which later tabulated the database in spreadsheets for treatment using tools statistics offered by the program that aimed at analyzing the Locational Quotient (QL) and manipulating tables for the elaboration of choropleth maps executed using ArcGis 10.5 software. From analysis it was possible to identify that between 2008-2018 interval, the micro region of Guamá was the only region to presente the highest QL indexes in the entire period evaluated, presenting an increase of 85.47% for this indicator. Regarding the quantity of production, the largest micro-regions in Pará that produce oranges were Guamá, Santarém, Itaituba, Bragantina, Altamira and Tomé-Au, with annual averages of 169,890.4 t, 12,195.3 t, 4,350.8 t, 3,753.9 t, 3,304.7 t and 2,967.9 t, respectively. In this way, it was possible to understand that a specialized region may not have a great productivity of Orange, as well as, a non-specialized region may become a great producer of the fruit. In addition, it probably happened because a specialized region is able to present a large total agricultural production.
