摘要：In order to overcome social economical difficulties in transformational society a businessman needs special individual qualities. The article tends to reveal specific troubles and difficulties comming across in business environment, as well as it investigstes the ways of providing effective sociopsychological determinants for businessmen. Based on the survey results the authors try to outline the psychological components of effective businessman profile.
