摘要:This article deals the psycho ? social competencies of teachers working in middle schools in the continuous development and ongoing psychological perspectives. Authors present the results of empirical study which has been done through expert evaluations, observations and case studies. The importance of strategy development for teachers’ capacity building is emphasized. Teachers’ empathy and reflexivity are outlined and examined as main characteristics of effective teaching and students’ motivation growth.
