摘要:The team that provides assistance to the patient in aerial removal needs to be trained and have specific knowledge to provide care in flight. In view of this, there is a need to reflect on the importance of training and knowledge that are necessary for quality nursing care. The objective of this work is to reflect on the influence of the air environment on nursing care during air medical transport. This is a systematic review study, in the Scientific Electronic Library Online database - Scielo and Virtual Health Library - BVS. This survey was carried out as part of a study on air activity for patient transport. As results and discussions, after a careful reading of the selected articles, three main subjects are presented: 1) the aeromedical environment, 2) the activities and nursing protocols in air transport and 3) the training of on-board nurses. It is concluded that the training of nurses in aerospace nursing is essential for them to develop skills and be able to safely carry out transport planning, factors that contribute to the quality and safety of the care provided and to the expansion of the space for action. There was a scarcity of scientific studies in the databases on this area of work of nurses. It is believed that works that involve this theme, contribute to the dissemination of this area of activity of the profession.
