  • 摘要:This work presents a proposal for a pedagogical intervention focused on the contents of ethics and professional legislation of technical courses in nursing. The National Curriculum Guidelines for Technical Vocational Education at Middle Level determine that the professional profile of completion must consider and contemplate the functional attributions provided for in the specific legislation regarding the supervised professional exercise (RESOLUTION 06/2012/CEB/CNE/MEC). The main nursing regulations are Law No. 7,498, of June 25, 1986, and Decree No. 94,406, of June 8, 1987. After approaching legal issues related to the practice of nursing, this work proposes a set of didactic activities that have as main objective to assist the student body in the pedagogical process of knowledge/reflection and autonomy to research and identify in the Brazilian legal system the norms that deal with the legal nature and the actions performed by the nursing supervision institutions (Federal Nursing Council and Regional Councils of Nursing), as well as class entities, such as associations and unions. In this vein, with the aim of clarifying and enriching the contents, principles related to basic notions of formalities for the effectiveness of the rights and duties of the CLT worker or public servant were briefly discussed.
