摘要:Objective: To validate an educational booklet for guidance in the management of graft-versus-host disease in patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Method: Methodological research. Prior to validating the booklet, it was built in three stages: integrative literature review; search and selection of guidelines for care in manuals and main websites; and interviews with specialist nurses. Afterwards, a first version of the booklet was generated. For validation, nurses working from the main hematopoietic stem cell transplant centers in Brazil participated, the selection was made by searching a WhatsApp group in Brazil. Each care contained in the booklet received a four-point Likert scale. The process took place through the Delphi technique, online, with the help of the Google Docs platform, in two rounds. For data analysis, the Kappa coefficient, the content validity index and Cronbach's alpha were calculated. Results: The booklet achieved Kappa coefficient of 0.064, content validity index of 0.99 and Cronbach's alpha of 0.84 in the first round, demonstrating range of validity and reliability in terms of content. The suggestions, referring to the layout, were submitted to validation in a second round. The considerations were accepted and the final version of the booklet was prepared. Conclusion: This study achieved the objective of validating a booklet for guidelines in the management of Graft Versus Host Disease.
