摘要：The present work aims to investigate the legal possibility, structural viability and pertinence of the implementation of Military Judicial Police Stations within the scope of the Military Police of the State of Tocantins. To this end, a brief history of the PM's performance in investigating military crimes and the auxiliary service to justice are highlighted; analysis of the current legislation regarding the work of PJM, as well as the normative scope on the part of the Commander-General and Chief Executive regarding the creation of a body within the Corporation, furthermore, the work aims to describe the possibility or impossibility the implementation of the PJM police stations, proposing their implementation and distribution in the units that make up the PMTO's operational body. The work was developed based on bibliographic research through analysis of laws, books, websites, information from the Internal Affairs Department. At the end of the work, a conclusion is reached on the question of legitimacy, legality, possibility and opportunity for the creation of this body.
