摘要：Objective: reflect on the actions and innovations implemented in the management of nursing care during the pandemic. Method: Reflective study based on the literature on the innovations implemented in the management of nursing care during the COVID-19 pandemic. Results: Among the actions, we highlight the search for better management of people and material resources, despite the scarcity in the market and training to act in the face of the new disease. As for innovations on the world stage, we can highlight the formation of crisis committees, assistance through telemedicine, multidisciplinary online meetings, relocation and training of professionals to work in specific units for the care of COVID and also in Intensive Care Units. On the national scene, it was necessary to allocate employees, already scarce in some services, to meet the emerging demand. Final considerations: Nurses led new routines, attributing innovations to care, to avoid contamination and also to offer quality care in the midst of the situation experienced.
