摘要：The article aims to analyze violence against the elderly in Brazil in the Covid-19 Pandemic in its Bioethical aspects. It is a reflection article on the issue of violence against the elderly in Brazil in the Covid-19 Pandemic in its Bioethical aspects focused on autonomy as a principle of human dignity. It is based on a narrative with discussion of the following relevant aspects: the logical planning of existential complicity in favor of the Elderly; Educational campaigns on the rights of the elderly and respect for autonomy and Bioethics. We can consider in the results, that the public and private sectors need to turn their attention to the health of the elderly, victims of violence in relation to issues about the applicability of public health policies in favor of the elderly, victims of violence through the Unified Health System in the process care for the ageds, victims of violence. Soit is important to carry out investigations on this theme, contributing to the preparation of health professionals who work, not only in emergency services, but in the entire network that practices healthcare for the elderly.
