摘要:The present study aimed to analyze, through a scope review, the national scientific productions on sexual health interventions for the elderly, aiming to know the main characteristics and behaviors, in order to subsidize new more directive sexual health interventions that better meet the elderly population and their demands in the field of sexual health. Eighteen articles published between 2010-2021 were analyzed in full, obtained from the journals Capes, Google Scholar and Lilacs. For analysis, the PCC strategy was used, which articulates the population/participants (elderly), the concept to be investigated (sexual health) and the context (Brazil) for the investigation. It was found that most interventions are carried out through conversation circles and thematic workshops, conducted by pedagogical methodologies. Such interventions used recreational materials and the distribution of condoms to the elderly, focusing on the pathological aspects of sexuality. In this way, it was concluded that the interventions need to be designed according to the context and the group in which they will take place, requiring a pre-intervention mapping of the group's demands, and also a post-intervention one, to verify the effectiveness, in addition to the participation of multidisciplinary teams.
