摘要:It is undeniable that a regulatory framework reflects political ideals about a subjetct, also it determines an adjustment in the behavior of the subordinate population. With this in mind, this article presents a critical analysis of the brazilian regulatory frameworks on technical and professional education, which Secretariat of Professional and Technological Education, subordinated to the Ministry of Education of Brazil, were selected as the main ones in the History of Professional Education and Technological from 1909 to 1988. The critical analysis of regulatory frameworks seeks to understand the role that the policy placed on Professional and Technological Education and how much this was changed during the period studied. The research is exploratory and qualitative. It is based documentary research. It evidence a political process of maturity about the educational nature of the Professional and Technological formation.
