摘要:The Brazil nut is a fruit, native to the Amazon Rainforest and polygenic fatty acids from two groups, producers of aflatoxins, which are toxic compounds with carcinogenic and mutagenic effects. The objective of the work was to review studies that investigate the literature on Brazil nut and its conclusion with cancer. The has a qualitative approach, of an exploratory nature, a review research are characterized.
