摘要：The objective of this research was to analyze the main improvements and challenges of health information management, from the implementation of the Strategy "e-SUS Primary Health Care" in the municipality of Doutor Severiano-RN. The research is characterized as a case study of exploratory and descriptive nature, with a qualitative approach. In the research universe were 17 servers of the Primary Health Care in the municipality of Doutor Severiano/RN. Data collection was done through an open and closed questionnaire, applied through Google Forms. The data were analyzed by the content analysis technique. Based on the analyzed data, it was found that the main challenges faced by professionals are the lack of training and technical support, and that the main improvements from the implementation of the e-SUS strategy was the agility and quality of information. Therefore, it is concluded that the studied municipality aims to optimize its PHC information management, contributing positively to public health.
