摘要:Role of the team in mental health care is one of the pillars of the deinstitutionalization process, for this ongoing training is necessary to reflect on therapeutic practices and dynamics of services portraying mental health policy. The objective of this study was to describe an experience of continuous and permanent training of a home crisis team, based on Basaglian principles and international models, describing it as a constructive method of learning to care for the crisis. It used a mixed approach with quantitative and qualitative data from the literature study and in documents in reports, with simple numerical frequency analysis and content that allowed descriptive results of the training experience. The result comprised different denominations in the literature, with a central focus on the teaching-work interface to improve the quality of health services with equity. The formative experience of caring for the first crises in adolescence reflected on the need for dialogic, critical and reflective spaces due to the complexity and multidimensionality of experiencing the crisis, according to guidelines in documents. It is understood that the home crisis support team can constitute a model of co-responsibility between services, user and family, having in the formation the meeting of technical-scientific knowledge.
